    Here we go.....
    I rarely post pictures of my work and work in progress as it gets very boring seeing pans and jars of brown stuff but I've been asked for caramelised red onion chutney a few times recently and as I hadn't bothered to make any for several months thought I'd better get on with it.

    I love mine straight out of the jar with a spoon ( in the pantry under the stairs 😁 )

    Oh yes the pantry under the stairs, happy memories pinching food for a midnight snack in bed.
