    Hi
I have glazed some earthenware tiles with a stoneware glaze and it has not worked. The glaze is still opaque and not glossy at all. Is there any way that I can re-glaze in some way so that there is a glossy finish?
    Thanks

Sorry but no, there is nothing you can do. You will have to throw them in the bin and start again. If you try to fire them higher to melt the glaze, the clay will just collapse and kind of melt. Putting a different glaze on top won't work as they already have the stoneware glaze on.

So sorry, it's a mistake all of us have probably made at one time or another.
