    Have been painting on glass for over 20 years have artwork in over 20 countries and also have 3 pieces in three separate cathedrals.
    I have recently taken up Pyrography and took a design course with Bob Neil in Derby.
    I am just looking for suitable timber to use as cheese boards3f5b9b382f0e523111bcc4e9d449f19b.jpg that i can put my designs onto

    Sycamore or beech would be good both from the safety food aspect and fpr pyro work. Other woods such as ,lime are great for pyro but toom soft for a cheese board. Don't bother with oak or ash, a pig to burn with open grain and not best for food either. Avoid exotics as well as many have toxins.
