I've just made some lip balms, I cooled to 40c before putting in Vitamin E and Mojito fragrance, but the liquid started to set before putting into the pots, so I ended up spooning lumps in and smoothing with the spoon.
I've just applied some to my lips and it's feels a bit grainy. Do you think I could re-melt the mixture so I can pour it into the pots or should I leave as is?

No, you need to improve it, otherwise your product will not get that much sell.
