Hi, Iím a complete novice at candle making and currently experimenting, I have some 9cl votive glasses was wondering if I could pour soy container wax straight into the glasses, and would this be safe.

    Hello Hmam.
It is possible to use votive glasses with container blend wax as the glass is designed to hold the votive in shape while it burns.
The problem comes, as with all candle making, is finding the correct wick to use.

I would also advise heating the glass before pouring any wax into it as the thermal shock can shatter the glass.
