Your site is clean and fresh but did take an age to load. I could not find an address or telephone number any where, this would put off a lot of buyers as they do not know who you are or where you are, I personally never buy from a site that I cannot find where they are or how to contact them, a contact page is not enough to comp[y with Distance Selling Regs. Plus you need terms and conditions for sales, what protects the consumer, this includes the address and telephone number thing.

thanks for your feedback, i will look into the t/c's issues you mention and look further into contact details too!
once again, thank you, all these 'little' things make for good overall changes i need to make.

I just had a look, would just echo what Caroline said, the address and phone number are there and you also state in number six of the T and C's that all goods are supplied within the distance selling regulations so I would just double check it all on a .gov and make sure it is all compliant because if you put it there it will guide someone to read the DSR's before they contact you and if you don't comply it can get messy.

Just to say I love your website. No issues I could see except as others mentioned some pages took a while to load, I think because of the number of images? Particularly the blog page which seems to have your logo on every entry. I'm wondering if it might be worth changing that so it loads quicker? Just so impatient people like myself don't give up lol. Other than that I like it :-)

    Hi there,

I love all the graphics - logo, packaging, etc - you can tell that it's been done by someone who definitely knows what they're doing. However, I would have expected to have seen some photos of your melts! As a customer I have no idea what the melts actually look like so I wouldn't buy. I would also expect to see some photos on the homepage. Maybe a slider?
