    disappointing crafts sites

Hi folks, just curious if anyone has had any problems with certain companies and of course anyone got some good stories?
Just had to cancel an order from crafting.co.uk as order placed on 14th may and finall got told (on second call) that items out of stock and would be another 2 week - they had already taken the money and communication was terrible with no responses via email and one call was told everthing would be sorted out! Needless to say I called today and got a refund. A shame though! Will stick to beadsdirect and westcoast beads. Anyone got some other useful/poor websites and companies?

hehe. my best sites are other crafters / small companies who care about their customers.

I see Gothsteve originally mentioned beads. I love Bamba Beads. Best thing - free postage. Next best thing - they tell me straight away if they are out of stock, Then - they tell me when it'll be back in stock and ask if I'd like it then...and they add a little bag of unasked for beads....which I haven't quite figured out what to do with.......but I'm sure I'll think of something.
They have a shop in Gloucester Road for any bead loving Bristolians.

Definitely agree! If you get free P&P, extremely quick shipping and someone on the end of the phone/email to answer any queries without hassle the company deserve a medal!

                            store

well i did not experience that.. because the store i buy is on Etsy. I think it depends on the staff's of the store. I think you got a irresponsible store owner.
