  • A few of my iris folding cards

I've hardly done any crafting lately thanks to my little boy keeping me more than busy. However when a friend had a baby girl recently I couldn't resist getting my iris folding stuff out and making her a card.

And now I've finally learnt how to post photos on a thread (it's only taken me 7 years to figure it out ) I thought I'd share 3 more that I made BB (before baby )

Those cards look great. I've never had a go at iris folding. Maybe it will have to be something else to have a go at one day.

Super work, I bet the recipients were delighted with their cards. It's not something I've ever tried because I don't think I'd have the patience to get everything exactly right and I'm a perfectionist in respect of that kind of work.

They are beautiful. Do you use special paper, i.e. thin but not tissue thin? When I have tried it I always end up with a bulky back.
