  • More Card Designs

Had a chance to make a few more card designs. I've used glitter on the top one and the lines are with a bronze 3-D paint. With the butterfly I have used some shiny ribbon. The fairy at the bottom has sequins as her magic. Christmas next, and a few boys ones too.

Amanda they are gorgeous, they really are. You have such a talent

Have you ever heard about designing cards for Pheonix cards, I believe they pay quite well and am sure your designs would go down a storm. May be worth looking into?

Thanks - I did some some a few years ago and sent them to Pheonix, but didn't get any in. They were different to these so might give them another go.

They are lovely. Do you do each one individually or do you print the image on them after making the first? They must take forever to make if you paint each one.

I'm sure they'll sell really well. Have you thought about doing gift tags so when someone buys one of your cards or paintings they'll have everything co-ordinating.

I have handpainted them, and yes they did take a while. I'm not going into mass production. hehe. I have mainly painted them so I can sell them at a shopping evening I'm doing in a few weeks to try and make the table money back if my main paintings don't sell there. Of course I hope I do sell one or two of my paintings there, I did last year, but I think its good to have a range of items to put out.

I did think about gift tags this afternoon, I might have a go, time permitting. Thanks for the suggestion.

Anya LOVED the card!! She was very impressed that someone had made it for her and called you very kind! I've told her that we are going to frame it for her to go in her room and she's already told me where it needs to go!
