    Fabric coasters

Here are some fabric coasters I've made for a friends birthday - I've actually made 4 for her. I got the idea from a blog I saw and thought that my friend would love these!

      Larvley!!!

I think they would look nice in autumnal colours - reds, golds, rusts, greens, browns. Maybe a bit Laura Ashley!

Ooooo I love them, beautiful. I saw them on somebody's blog too, can't remember who, but somebody had made them for her and she loved them so much she displayed them in her fireplace and wouldn't let anybody use them!!!

It was buttonberry! I'd seen them on the original website that her friend had seen and then I saw them on Buttonberry's website!
As for the middle I used thick interfacing - is that what it is called? Anyway they are on my blog now so I'm hoping that Nicola doesn't look before Friday otherwise she will know what she is getting!

You'll just need to keep your friend away from the computer somehow until Friday. However if she is anything like us lot that will be impossible.

              They are really lovely.

              Cheers.
