What do you think? Good idea? Bit naff? Look rubbish? Look good?

They are my original cards from Vistaprint but I decided they needed jazzing up a bit - it's fabric behind.
Let me know what you think!!

Think they look great x is the fabric stitched or glued?
Would be fab if you could print your details onto some thick fabric and have fabric business cards! (something a bit different)

It's wonderweb - or whatever it is called - 4 rolls in the pound shop for a quid - bargain! The fabric was the stuff I got free off Freecycle too so all in all quite a cheap set of cards!!

Freecycle is great - www.freecycle.org It's basically a community thing whereby anything that you have that you don't want you offer to other people for nothing as long as they come and collect it. It stops perfectly good things going to the tip and makes you feel warm inside!! Here's the thread showing what I got yesterday

              ummmm

              Okay so my honest opinion...
I can't really see very well but is that a paw print on the cards?
I'm not really sure of the relevance (spelt wrong?) AHA just looked at your website, ok i get it now!!)
Also having the fabric on the back... Does this make the card bigger than the average business card?
Only ask as when people give cards to me i put them in my purse, if they were any bigger than the average size then to be honest they wouldn't go in my purse and would probably get leost in the bottom of my bag never to be seen again!!
Sorry just thought i'd say what i thought, tell me to shut up if you want

There nice, but i also would be worried about them fitting in a purse. Could you bo something like get a small paw punch and punch it next to the other paw, this would have a crafty feel to it, simple to do and really quick. Just an idea!!!!!!!!!

I think they are lovely but agree with the last 2 posts. You could always trim the business cards back a bit then put your fabric on but it would depend how close your writing and logo are to the outside.

                  Brilliant idea though!!!

I was having the same problem myself regarding having to make a pouch for the cards to go in because they are too big to go in my normal holder!! I'm going to make a few more and get opinions of everyone I meet (not really, just friends!)
The Pawprint is because I used to call the card side of the business Pawprint cards and I had loads of cards made up with those details then of course I started branching out into other crafts and now call myself Swirlyarts. I am slowly moving things from being Pawprint cards to being Swirlyarts. Do you think it would confuse people to have a Pawprint card when it refers to Swirlyarts? I wanted to try and use up the cards I had (don't like throwing things away) but if it is going to confuse people then I might have to buy some more.
Mmmm - just had a thought - I might print some myself a bit smaller than normal and make the fabric bit the same size as a normal card.
Thanks for your opinions by the way!!

Think they look great. If you want someone to remember you then your cards are a way of doing it. Seen some recently with a photo on it. Not sure I'd like my photo on my cards but it's different I suppose.
