Hopefully to be part of my Easter range. She's got lavender filled arms & legs, so she's not aimed at the tinies. The bunny is all new fabrics, a very soft touchable faux suede, but all her clothes are made from vintage cottons & linens. What do you think?

Thats lovely - how do you do the nose? I assume it's hand stitched? How long does it take you? It looks great!! I like the idea of reusing vintage materials - it's something I want to do.Visit my Etsy store http://swirlyarts.etsy.com

Baggy draws...
......think her bloomers are a bit long in the leg, but I can shorten them.
Her nose is just satin stitch using embroidery silk. Seperating all the strands before putting them back together - I used 3 - gives a smoother finish. It's very quick only takes minutes.
The whole bunny took a while though. I can make the bunny in a day or so, stuffing evenly is the time consuming bit. The clothes take longer, especially if I'm working from a picture rather than a pattern. After I've done a design once I'm ok, and can work at speed.
I've got a boy bunny halfway through - I'm working on his shirt & trousers to go with a cricket sweater I knitted a while back. Not sure after the Ashes that anyone will want to buy him......

Not Really....
....I considered doing Bunnies for children, but the health & safety regs are horrendous. Although, I think she is up to the safety standards now. The other thing is that I'm not sure parents would want to pay for what would be just another cuddly toy. I sell these at £20, which is barely breaking even as they are very time consuming.
Apologies, by the way, for not noticing your post on here!
