First wedding invitation off the production line - lol!

Well, started on my wedding ceremony invitations and thought I'd invite your thoughts. I've woven satin & organza ribbon behind the aperture -which is really fiddly and takes ages so don't think they'll be a rush job - but I'll be doing something simpler for the evening invitations. Too many of those to be doing all this for!

BTW I have asked my dad to cut two horses in MDF and I am amending the design for the unicorn at the moment to give to him. As soon as they are cut I can get underway!

For the ceremony around 10 or so as we're keeping that small. For the evening invites, I think I'm looking around 60-70 so that'll be a simpler print job onto card - though I may find an excuse to use a peel-off or sequin or two!

it really is lovely... the only thing i find, i cross stitch the occasional card, hand made cards are very fiddly, and time consuming, so should only go to people who appreciate them....

It's beautiful.
I made my invites and we liked them at the time (first cards I'd made), but since then and since starting making cards properly myself, I've seen so many other designs and made so many myself that were so much nicer.
