Oh they are fantastic Angel. Just love your work. I like the first one, He looks magical. Almost like a Unicorn hiding his horn from us mere mortals. Beautiful. xxx

I really like the first one too"I was inoculated, very early in life, against all forms of magic and elfin whimsy, even when convincingly disguised as literature." Clive James

They are beautiful, would it be difficult to make a unicorn? I know sometimes the horn can be fiddly and unstable in some mediums.

Thanks everyone, I suppose a unicorn would be no harder than the horse. The base is made in mdf, so stable enough to mosaic onto. You have me thinking now, as I have some lovely irridescent pink glass I dont know what to do with, would make a lovely unicorn mane!
Thanks Nader, Ive almost finished a mosaic using a piece of your wood. Should be able to show it off in the next couple of days.

Yup, she's an impulsive forum member that one! Couldn't decide at all which to get, bought both and still doesn't know which she likes better as they are both sooooooo gorgeous!!!!
I also had the unicorn thought with the grey one. My daughter (who I bought them for as she's horse mad) still hasn't seen them yet, and after the runaround she gave me today buying new school shoes, I don't think she's going to see them for a while either! They're hidden in my wardrobe, but I keep getting them out to have a look at them.
Di's work is lovely, she's very talented. I have to say a huge thank you again for doing them for meElinor
