        I was originally going to do it black and white, but I am very low in the white paper (really need to order some more!) so I picked a couple of bright colours and just got quilling. I didn't have any idea at the beginning how it was going to turn out. I've had the hat lurking in my craft box for several years and thought it would be a nice little project to get me back into the quilling this year!
