  • Finally finished pendant

    Hi All

Well I finally finished my pendant. Its a tad clumpy but has a lot in it.

Cant think for a name for it, I basically wanted to create something with a wood base as well as copper, brass and silver oh and its a hematite cabochon. Many many faults with it but I am still learning.

    Please be kind lol

Oh and I got cuahgt by the 25 post rule so its in my album attached to my profile. Hope that works for folks sorry I cant link to it in here.

Well now that that is finished I can start making the cabs for a new piece (the whole of which is going to be handmade). I hopefully will get better at this soon lol.

    Thanks for looking

    Take care

WOW!!! I think it is fantastic, I have never seen anything like it, well done.

As for faults. I had a close look and I certainly can't find any. It looks perfect to me.

I think every crafter sees the faults in their own work. We are all perfectionists, but I think it is a wonderful piece, unique and beautiful.

Good luck with all future produce and once again WELL DONE

That's stunning and so unusual!! We do all see faults in our own work that no-one else sees, I think it's normal to do so.

                  Thank you so much everyone

Thank you everyone for your kind comments.

It is unusual, I am into Art Deco and that is what it started off as and then the leaves got added.

Now making one with tree trunk and ivy growing round it only this time I have to work smaller.

                  Thank you everyone

                          Thank you

Thank you for the wonderful comments. Yes it is a tad big measures about 3 and half inches vertically and about 2 across.

Quite heavy as well lol but it should look ok on a ribbon when they finally arrive from Hong Kong!

Still thinking about the next one. OH still checking the insurance policy against me and kiln in workshop!!!

                          Take care and thanks
