  • My first proper necklace

Iv never really made necklaces. Probably as i am a pendant girl and i never seemed to have enough beads for one lol. But i got these lovely jasper and larger stone beads and mixed them in with some fresh water pearls. I had intended to do an extender chain thingy but i then realised the lobster clasp doesnt fit through the chain....

I got my OH to take a pic of it on me. Hows the length? Its a little squint but you get the idea. I dont think these beads suit my colouring. They would suit a black or very tanned person better i think. (hes rubbish at taking photos btw, this was the best one out of about 10!)

Well done for trying something different - I like the way the stones sit nice & flat and I agree they'd look great with a tan !

It sits well, the colours flow, As long as its finished well, then I would look at it as a good seller. Not being nice (dont do nice) just honest.
Even been known to tell auntynet if hers is not her usual quality (once ive locked myself in the loo)

I think it is lovely too...... I also think the colours look nice on you, maybe if you wore a green top to bring out the colours of the necklace?

Or, since I have just got back from hols and have a lovely tan, you could just send it to me

You did a great job, I love the colours, very earthy and natural. And it looks easy to dress up or down.
