  • Kashmir Dye Question

    I have a kashmir crombie style coat, it is camel yellow, i need it to be black to fit in with regulation at work now...
    How do i go about dying it black... as i dont wish to ruin a wonderful coat

    Make a test on small pieces of simmilar material before you try, the dyes are pretty much the same but chemicals do always have some variation even inside the same brand. Black carries lesser risks because it tends to dye with less variations, but nevertheless it's worth a preliminary experiment, they do alike even in big dyeing businesses. Acrylic colors are cheap, easy to handle and pretty resistant.

      professionally.....but at a guess you cant have it dyed......Unless you want to make some wonderful felted crafts with the result!!!...lol
