  • More baskets

This is one I made today as a wedding gift - for the couple who already have a home!

These are a commission, one for the commisionee (is that a word? lol!) and one for a friend she is visiting when on holiday - both are members of the poultry forum I go to.

The one on the left I made yesterday. Both have had new handles since the photo was taken as I had forgotten to fix them properly.

So do I. I think it must be a very satisfying craft.
      They're very nice and homely.

Are they all of your eggs in that first basket?

I thought there was a rule about that!

          Nice basket

It's OK - the rest are in a basket in the kitchen!

I agree, very homely ...I treated my kitchen to a trug(is that the right word?) a few years ago and I've got my veg in it. Took me ages to find just the right shaped one and I was so pleased when I found it.

Very nice! I would like to try to make a basket at least once in my life LOL. Are there two so you don't keep all your eggs in one basket? I know, bad joke.

Most of my eggs were in a basket in the kitchen! (or still in the nestboxes!)
