  • New Wood Tattoos keyrings.

    http://www.flickr.com/photos/woodtattoos/2446945732/

Just a few more keyrings which I did today while trying to come up with something original and different for my Kipper Workshops box project!

I'm determined to do something I haven't done before... do I add some colour? Or do I add something to my box and go a little more sculptural/3D?

    Decisions, decisions...

In the meantime, please let me know what you think of the new keyring designs!

    Si.

They are all nice. If I had to choose one I would go for the tree and birds ...or the one next to it.

The leopard skin effect must have taken ages to do!

It did take quite a while because of the amount of shading. Actually, I think the one that took the longest was the Princess crown as it's very intricate, closely followed by the Celtic Heart. I can work freehand when doing things like leopard print which makes them a bit easier.

OK, now check out this picture... after being so arty and crafty, I went a little more off the wall. These sort of things always raise a chuckle on the craft stalls, such as my previous "I Predict A Diet" and "Beware Of The Wife" signs.

I'm always partial to a nice Celtic knot as well... and they do look good burned into wood.
