Displaying sock creatures

I have made quite a few sock creatures and am planning to take them to a market and a craft fair very soon. Just one problem - alot of them don't have any legs and so dont stand/sit up very well. Even those with legs are fairly relaxed.

Anyone got any ideas how to display them ...laid on their back isn't looking good! I don't want to take too much stuff to either event as i'm most likely going alone and can only lug so much stuff around cos I'm a wimp!

They are so cute! How about sitting them in shallow baskets? Or trays? Difficult, though, I agree.

You could make a wider triangle similar to this

To put along the back of your table to lean them against.
If you made two or three separate ones ( say, 2 feet or 60cm) to fit the table they would be short enough to go in your bag when you finished.

I would make it so that the ends meet at the back though making a complete triangle, and if one end piece was longer than the other you could turn it upside down to make a shallower or a steeper slope depending on which looked best. IYSWIM

ohhhh both great ideas - cheers me dears! Think I'm sorted now and am going to combine the two - baskets for my tiny ones and stand things for my bigger ones
