Many of you made suggestions last year about improving my photographs, and more recently about lighting.

I've put a fair bit of effort into improving the pictures on my site, although I know they are not perfect I think they are much better than they were before.

Does anyone have any comments or suggestions about making them even better?

The things I've done so far are to take lessons with a photographer to learn about photographing jewellery, bought some new equipment, learned about the macro button, white balance, shutter speed and aperture. Also sorted out the lighting and learned that many of the problems are due to wanting a white background (this is especially difficult for silver or clear objects, which come out a lot better on a black background).

I'm working on a blog article about this to share my learning so far with others, but in the meantime I think my pictures could improve further, so would be grateful for any thoughts.

I have looked at your website. Your photos look good to me. The images are clear and you can see exactly what you are selling. Well done.
