HELP with sock pattern

I have started knitting a sock using 'CESANA' sock yarn purchased at Lidl but i cant understand the pattern. I have done the sock piece but 'for the heel edges' and 'to shape the toe' I'm lost. It may be the translation thats confusing but I've been knitting for approx 30 yrs and this has beaten me.
If anyone can help I would be grateful as these were ment to be xmas pressies.

Can you look at directions for some sock pattern online that you DO understand, and that might help you understand what they mean for you to do?
