  • Warranties on jewellery UK

    Hi All

Ive come to the point where I want to add a warranty and repair policy for my jewellery.

Ive had a look around the internet and have a time scale in mind as well as what I will repair FOC and charge for but I'm struggling to find any legal info

Is there anything by law I must do with warranties or do you offer one and what do you do? this is relating to sterling silver/Gold products. thanks

    Hi,

Warranties are described as insurance policies on the Trading standards website, which could mean they come under FSA (Financial services Authority) regulations. Would probably be a good idea to check with both.
