Your site is possibly not compliant with the law - you need to study http://www.oft.gov.uk/shared_oft/bus...ral/oft913.pdf.
What site promotion have you done?

You have no geographical address....this is needed for Distance Selling Regs (see above post) You've no details about how much postage is and no terms and conditions. I personally wouldn't buy from a site without these... As for being seen, You need to make sure you've submitted your site to Google and other search engines, blog and Facebook regularly, use Twitter too. Take a look at some jewellery websites and see what they're doing too....how they present their pieces etc
Also on your home page you have some pink writing under a couple of your products...it's virtually unreadable and I have good eyesight.
Lastly....you're in a seriously crowded market....(believe me, I know) be patient and keep plugging away.

Until you have a "following" you need to create a web presence - this comes from promotion by many different means, attending events and talking to people, giving out cards etc. The hardest part is getting people to find you and it takes a lot of hard work. Don't feel down, try out some different ways to promote what you're doing.

Whether you like it or not you have to give a full and proper address on your website. That's the law. It isn't negotiable. There are many laws with which you have to comply...where are you on the nickel regulations?
              Your return policy isn't clear
              What about cookies?
              Privacy policy?
You don't make clear up front that payment is via paypal?

The address.....it's not enough to have it on your paypal details...it has to be on your site. x
