Not 100% sure exactly what you are looking for but tried my best to find some useful sites.

Hope these help in finding what you are looking for!

      Hi Sarah,
I do not think that you can buy that type of end seperately. I know some of the metal snake chains have them were the ends unscrew for you to add pandora style beads, but the threaded section which the end unscrews from it part of the snake chain - if that makes sense.

          Hi Sarah,
could you not use necklace end tips and a small lobster clasps, as long as they are small enough so the european beads will thread over them? You can get rubber/donut stoppers which you could use on leather cord to stop the beads falling off.

Have you tried Cooksons, or possibly Rashbel? I don't know if they do do them but those are the sort of places I would expect to.
