I think alot of facebook uses go liking other pages so that in return they would like you back.

Maybe as all your friends to pass in on to their friends.

Popping over to your facebook now xx

Hi, I've just popped onto FB and liked you!

I'm also pretty new to FB and did the following: I asked for likes on here, on Twitter, and then someone told me to go to Send in the Troops on Facebook (it's specifically set up to get likers, I think). It all worked together and likers started popping in. I also liked some people I knew from other places. I've still some way to go but my page looks a bit more acceptable with a few more likers!!

I'm planning to blog about it too and add it to my email signature so customers can like me too.

          Good luck xx

Hi. I've just liked you as my business and my personal pages. I would just say to be involved in as many forums as you can. Also I dont know if people are aware but facebook only adds personal likes to your total and doesnt count business ones so we all need to be liking as both

I love FB business pages, I've gained so much custom (lots of returning customers too!) via my pages. However, lots and lots of likers doesn't always mean lots and lots of buyers, so don't get too hung up about numbers.....quality of likers, not quantity, I think. Many people will only like your page so that they can leave a link to their own page, they have absolutely no interest in your work. If your work/designs are good word will soon get round and your business will grow. If any of your likers have bought via your FB page set up a customer/sold album and ask them to tag themselves in the photo of their design, that in turn will show the pic on their page where their friends can see it.

Now you have over 25 fans you can personalise your facebook URL/Username. Doing this it makes it easier for people to find your page. Word of mouth tends to be the most powerful tool to get you started on facebook so start with friends and family and go from there. We love your page and we have added it to our faves!
                          Good Luck!

beautiful work! Have clicked on 'Like' :-)
I've recently transferred my facebook group to a facebook business page as it's a lot easier to update people...I've also found that having a photo album on my personal page with only my new makes is really helpful for reminding friends that I have a jewellery page so they can click like if they haven't before. Good luck getting your new followers!
