  • Christmas has come early...

Just got two lovely packages through the door...

One for a lovely custom order (a broken 70 year-old-crucafix to be preserved in resin).

But the second parcel was something I have been waiting weeks for as it has been shipped from the other side of the world. Not only did it contain all the equipment I need for my new style of jewellery, but the seller put in loads of extras that I wasn't expecting (like full instructions and extra bags of bits). How it got through customs I don't know LOL

I can't go into the details but its quite a departure from my usual resin work, and something I can actually do in front of people at craft shows....and best of all....nobody else does it !!

Something to keep me busy over these winter months so THANKYOU SANTA !

Ooh, that sounds so mysterious! Now I'm gagging to know what it is you do that no one else does! You'll have to post some piccies as soon as you have some of the new stuff made.

HAHA I thought that might be the reaction. Believe me I have spent hours on the internet etc trying to find a supplier/maker in the UK for this particular jewellery without success.

I just can't wait to get my fingers into it now and make some...

In suspense at the moment lol One little clue is that is is fairly personalised, has nothing to do with resin and I had never ever come across anyone who does it...my wife had never heard of it

                        Hi,

I think I might hold off with the pictures for a little while until I have well and truly mastered the art LOL. Maybe in the new year (I can't believe I am talking about the New Year already).

It got even better for me yesterday. I went into the local craft shop to get some supplies and left having sold a pendant to the owner !
