  • My varied collection

Hi, I've been working really hard recently increasing my jewellery collection. Have been playing with new stones and findings. I've put some pictures of my latest creations on my profile. Would be really grateful for some honest feedback before I put them on my website. Negative too! I can take it on the chin!! Thanks all!

What a good mix. Should appeal to a range of people.

They are all great but I particularly love the 6th one, that looks like a 1960's belt. The 7th one, Purple beads are lovely and the brown delicious, just like cocoa dusted chocolates. Are the Red ones on the 8th one furry? If so did you cover them? I am looking for cloth covered beads as I have been given a Maria Grazia Musi necklace to make matching earrings for.

            My varied collection

            Hi

The furry looking beads are felt. I wanted to experiment with mixing gemstones with other materials. Was quite pleased with the results! I got them from Itchydo at a bead fair. Really cheap to buy and I thought, a bit different! Good luck with your design! Jo x

They are all lovely, I did notice though-not sure if its my computer or not-but the writing on a couple of pages-lik birthday stones and links page is really feint and difficult to read.

                My varied collection

                Hi

Fruitjuice, you're right it is faint. Forgot to change the colour of the font when I was updating the pages! Thanks for that! Will update it properly tomorrow! I think the website needs something more to draw people in! I don't seem to get that many visitors and those that do visit don't buy! I don't think, according to the feedback that I have had on here, that it is the jewellery that is at fault!

I've also done craft fairs and not sold much either. Had quite a lot of success with family and friends but so fair in terms of sales, that's all apart from a few pieces! Any feedback or advice on what I could try would be gratefully received. I'm quite proud of my designs and am getting increasingly frustrated that it's not selling! Even peope at craft fairs tell me it's gorgeous but sales are minimal! HELP!

                Thanks. Jo x

                Sorry, do I sound desperate!!?!!

They are all nice but number 3 and 4 are my favourites.
