I think its a wire but can someone please tell me if it is and where would I get it from ?
Its called Super Ion D it comes on a reel.
Then where would I find 'Jump-Lock' jump rings ?

There are several suppliers of jumplock rings, here is one

you will find others if you google.

If you are thinking of using the two together though the thread is very fine and could still work out through the gap after a while, you may be better off buying closed jump rings and tying/threading through them.

You could use wire guardians through the ring to stop the wire slipping through the gap..
