  • shrink plastic

Hello, has anyone used shrink plastic to make jewellery? I was thinking about making some pendants with it. Ive ordered some off ebay. If you have used it, how does it turn out and is it strong?

      hi Sarah

Yes I make earrings & keyrings with shrink plastic, if you have a look at my website you'll see some. It works really well & the finished result is strong, if you need to know anything else, just give me a shout

I love shrink plastic but felt it wasnt stong enough for the things I wanted to make.Maybe i added the hole too close to the edge. But its great stuff to use,

Sorry to hijack your thread but does anybody know of a good glue that will stick shrink plastic to somthing flat and solid.Ive tried but it came off with the slightest of pressure.

I use the pinflair glue gel, it's a bit like silicon and you use it with a syringe, I use it all the time, it's sticks just about everything & is great for decoupage and I use it to stick shrink plastic toppers I've made to my cards.
