Nippers?

I've watched a couple of the wirewrapping tutorials that have been posted on here, and they have little pliers to cut the ends off...called nippers or something - is that the correct name for them? Wanted to get me a pair!

Your better of looking for flush cutters, they leave a flat end to the wire saveing the problem of sharp bits sticking out
