Would I turn green??

Hey can any one help.

Im pretty new at making Jewellery and have been practising twisting and making with silver coated copper, i was just wandering if i was to wear this would i turn green???

If you bought silver plating onto copper base metal, then don't worry, you'll not turn green, or at least not for a long time

The plating will have to wear off to expose the copper before that would happen which could take years. It's more likely that the silver plate will tarnish, but you can buff it back up if that happens. To prevent tarnishing keep you jewellery in plastic grip bags.
