  • Nylon cross pein hammer

Does anyone know where I can get one of these please? I've tried Cooksons, Sutton Tools, HS Walsh and Jewelsandtools. I've even tried e-bay but all to no avail.
    Best wishes

I need a fairly heavy weight one. It's for shaping bangles with reticulated silver on a sinusoidal stake. I already make these with a metal hammer but need a nylon one that doesn't mark the silver. I think I'll probably have to source one in America but would prefer not to.

I had one a few years ago when I was fitting double glazed windows (before someone else borrowed it when I wasnt looking) it was about 16oz and had 4 or 5 changable heads. flat, square, domed, wedge and a sort of pointy cone shaped one. I got it from a builders merchants who are agents for the tool bank I dont know if they still do them I'll have to look myself that was a really handy tool
