first open house a success!

I held my first open house tonight. I had my jewellery and cards and a friend brought her handmade soaps and bathbombs. It was a really good night...about 20 people came which was plenty for my fairly small house. I took about £140 and think my friend sold quite a bit too! A couple of people also brought bottles of wine so not ended up out of pocket on food and drink! I also had a few people show interest in holding jewellery parties.

Can't wait for the next one!

It did take me and my OH a few days to get tidied up and move everything into one roomt o make the space!! He likes having a tidy house for once now though - it wont last long!

Wow! That is really good!

I really like the idea of an open house and would share the evening with a few friends (Swirly!) but it would mean that I have to tidy up which would need a miracle hehehe!!
