I get mine from Hong Kong because that's where most of the UK suppliers get theirs from anyway and it's so much cheaper.

Not that that helps you at all. Sorry!

But in UK i go for beadykate, jillybeads, homebeads. I think they're all .com but if not try .co.uk

P.J Minerals now trading under the name beads.co.uk have a good range of gemstones and you can buy wholesale when you meet a minimum order for a little less than retail

I tend to buy abroad as well,vicalla.com have some wonderful beads at a very reasonable price but these are based in America and you need to remember to keep to below £18 for goods and p&p so as not to incur import charges

I get mine from beadsdirect.co.uk and thebeadbazaar.co.uk both really quick delivery, I'm always wary about ordering overseas cos of import charges.

There are some very good prices on ebay from http://stores.ebay.co.uk/Mad-Envy I was pleased with both my orders. Some strings had one or two beads that were miss-drilled or not so good but the majority were ok. I think I have some of each now. The 8mm amethyst were more aubergine than purple though. The sodalite and lapis match beautifully.
and http://www.twinklepieces.com/scripts/ have some lovely beads.
