  • Photographing Jewellery

Okay I have an okay digital camera (not great but it will do), but I need some advice on taking photos of jewellery.

I've tried a few things, but could do with some tips on lighting, and micro photography. Also if anyone has any ideas, about ways to show it off so that customers can get the best idea of what it will look like. eg. anything I could put it on or hang it from or backgrounds etc.

All your thoughts will be gratly appreciated.

Thanks for taking the time to read x

Have a look through some of the previous threads on the forum re: photography advice... keep an eye open for any posts by Ian Beckerton who is our resident photography guru! I'm sure you will be able to find some useful information.
