If anybody on here's ordered from them, how long did delivery take?

I ordered 2 beads from their site last Thursday and I've not got them yet. Might be a little bit impatient, but I need them by Friday

I would email and ask if they have been dispatched, there's no harm in posing the question.

Ring 'em!! The website doesn't always show current stock and they may be out and waiting for them.

Emailed them yesterday, nothing back yet.
Surely courtesy and good business sense would tell them to give me a quick ring if they are waiting for them. It's getting on for a week now.

If they don't come in todays post, then I'll ring them

Nettie's right, ring them, I too have found their website shows in stock but items have taken ages to arrive. Other times it come the next day.

If I ever order now I call and check they have it first.

Rang them at lunch time, they said they posted it Friday.
They also said that they replied to the email I sent them yesterday, I've not received any emails from them at all.

Rashbel gave me the tracking code for the recorded delivery, which I checked with the local sorting office......no recored of it reaching them.

So, I don't know where it is, lost or whatever
Rang Rashbel again and they're looking into it.

Forgive my nasty suspisious mind, it must be my age but one wonders if they were ever posted in the first place and the original order was just sent post haste when you enquired.

I have had that experience from a Rock supplier from the US. They say they had posted but it never arrived and they said USPS did not give them a tracking number! It was some absolutely gorgeous Rough Aventurine. We got a great deal on an ebay auction and I think they just did not post it when they realised they had sold it so cheap.

I am going to stick to UK suppliers from now on. Its dearer but at least its easier to chase up on "gone missing in post" situations (a company called Manchester Minerals is reliable)

I was in Manchester a week or so ago and went there. Ooh that place is like Aladdin's Cave for Rough Rocks! And they do silver chains at a decent price which are perfect for my pendants. And really nice people.
