Thanks, I am busy trying to make sure I have right amount of things out for the party. I don't want toooo much, but neither tooo little!!!

It's all laid out on different tables!!

And as for the kiln, I am getting all my Glass and accessories at the same time!!

So if they all come and I have finished in the house, I am sure I will end up in "the studio" and have cuts all over my hands by tonight

                  I am so......

                  Jealous!

I think I might have to start saving up for something like that...... is there a really small kiln you can get, the size of say, a microwave? Actually, I have no idea what size kilns are.

I might be allowed one if it is small

Here you go ... Microwave Kiln .... fits in your microwave! Actually, most small sized kiln are roughly the same size as a microwave. They don't take up too much space at all.

Hi and congrats on your skutt, I know you are going to love it.

I love mine, in the beginning the automatic programs were great to fuse straight away!!! After a while I used the pro feature and programmed my own full fuse program as I wanted a rounder finish. So many options so much glass, so little time!!!

Have fun and please show us the results of your first firing.

                            Thanks for all the replies!!

The party went really well!! I have a few people who want to host and few who want some commissions!!

I didn't make a fortune, but it was mainly just MY friends, so I kept prices down!! And I am trying to get the word out!!

As for the Hotstart, well I am going to do my first firing today, though I have it on Carpet at the minute and really should go and find a large tile???

Just hope I don't burn my Studio down!!

                            Am soo nervous and excited!!!
Hopefully have some pics very soon!!

Good luck with your jewellery party! I have one on Sunday which I'm a bit nervous about. Just doing the final preparations.

And well done for getting a kiln! I want 1 too. Perhaps next year.
