Hi there.
I'm looking for some advice with porcelain paints, I'm just doing some testing at the moment filling milled channels in aluminium, approximately a quarter of a mm deep. Some of the results are ok, but about half the time it appears to bubble up and pop during the bake and makes a right old mess. The kit I have says bake for 35 minutes at 150c, I've tried the temperature down to 130 without any difference.

Is aluminium the problem? Is it contamination? Should I lower the temperature some more? It's a fan assisted oven, should I snap the fan off?!

If you've tamed the same problem, or have an ideas please let me know, it's driving me potty.
Many thanks. )
