....some cardboard swirls? I've been busy sorting out some business cards and I have 100's (will be thousands when I've finished) of little cardboard swirls that have been cut out of said business cards. See here for more details of what they look like. If you would like any then just pm me or leave a comment on the blog. I'm keeping some for me but I'm struggling to see how I can use 2,500 of them!!

And I have dodgy wrists too - the bandages will be coming out later!

Someone else has left a comment and would like some but the link to your profile on blogger doesn't show who you are so I can't get in touch! You can PM me here if that's easier!

Big flat versions of my quilling! I don't think they'll fit with my current projects though!

Trust you to have such a creative idea for your biz cards, nice one

The Marketing "guru" dude we saw on Thu night made a big deal out of that type of thing - being different - and if you can be whacky too, all the better - do it!

His favourite story was the lady with the ironing service who'd sent 1000 leaflets out without one response. He tested a leaflet drop of just 100 that were delivered screwed up into a ball - when you unscrumpled it, the text read "dont let your clothes get as creased as this, call xyz" - he reckoned she got 8 enquiries out of just 100 drops...

I get very boring business cards from Vistaprint as they don't do any fancy ones that I like an I cut the swirls out as I am Swirlyarts - geddit? Swirls, Swirlyarts???? I then put fabric on the back as it makes it more exciting. I've got some that are nearly ready - just need the ends of the thread tying off - and when they are ready I'll pop a photo up for you.

Right - I have run out of swirls at the moment! There might be more later on but we will have to see if my wrists can stand punching more!!
