Hi,
It depends what you want it for really. I know that lots of people on here have a cuttlebug but I have a big shot and love it.
I think it's down to personal choice at the end of the day.
The cuttlebug is lighter and more compact. They both do the same thing.
I'm not sure about the cuttlebug, but I know with my bigshot I can use folders and dies from other die cutting machines.
I'm sure someone else will be along with more info for you
Both the bigshot and the cuttlebug do the same.... cut and emboss.... I have experience of both and think they are equally as good. The Cuttlebug is more compacted and easier to store away when not in use. The Bigshot has a slightly wider cutting plate it is also a couple of cm's longer than the Cuttlebug's.
