  • Cutting Luggage type label in large quantities for a project??

I am helping in a project to label a very large quantity of artifacts.
We print on A4 card identity/barcode of the item which are then cut by hand to label
size (10 x 6cm). As you will appreciate this is very slow.
I know there are machines, manual and electric, on the market that with a suitable die
will cut the labels. I have done several searches and have been overwhelmed by the number of
    machines that are available.

Here is where I need help and advice - can anyone recommend a machine with a matched die that will
    do the job.

    many thanks

    Peter

Could you print out standard labels (the sort that come in sheets) and stick them on to ready made tie-on ones?

      Many thanks for that.

I have just printed a page of sticky labels, cut the card we use into a label as a sample - it looks very good!!!
