  • Anyone done Top Drawer?

I've been to see a couple of shops today to give them my price list and show them examples. One lady asked if I did the Top Drawer show at Earl's Court. I think my blank, slack-jawed face gave away that I didn't have a clue what she was talking about. Have any of you heard about it / been to it?

I've googled it, but the website is for Spring 2007 .....

Yep I know about it and been, mega show for mega bucks!! but good if you pick up some outlets/buyers.

Never know how its going to turn out...sometimes its a great show other times...............?
Last one I went too was dead....nobody buying but previous have been fantastic.

Been looking into similar myself...dont just look at the cost ~ its getting all your stock there and making your stand err..stand out! and being ready for big orders....most want within 4wks.

It's time consuming, even the lead up getting it ready.

Think I am going to do the spring one next yr as I think I have some funding then.

Go along to the shows and see what you think..look at the competition..are you offering something different from them at GOOD PRICE etc.

    Hope this helps xx

I agree - I've been to these trade shows (as a visitor) and they are v.big ! It will likely cost quite a bit to rent a space and organise all your marketing etc (you'd need all your stock/display stuff/fliers etc) so a good idea to go and look first if you think you are interested...
