Complaining about a site!!

Its driving me crazy, I emailed them to complain.

Its taken me well over an hour just to order a few things, theres at least a 30 second wait between each page changing.
The prices are so misleading!!Among other misleading prices (the easiest to explian is as follows) it says X starts at 10p then has (0.10) in brackets but doesnt actually say +(plus) 10p as those beads turn out to be 20p each!!

And the prices for the same things but in different colours are silly, they are 10p, 20p,50p each, all the same size just different colours!!!!!

Nuts I tell you , absoooluuutely crazy!!!!

Would drive me batty that. I really really hate it when it isn't clear exactly what you are paying. I don't trust sites like that that give you miss leading prices and it jumps up when you actually go to the shopping cart.

Shows how good they are at their customer service, would leave them well alone if that is what the website is like what are the chances of you actually getting the beads.

Well, I see what you mean, but I wouldnt mind having the beads, not seen them elswhere and they have gold tiogertail so i can get it all in one order.
Already got rid of one colour as the total came to something silly.
When i complained I quiried to the stupid price differnce between the same(but differnt colour)beads, still no answer.

Now Im panicing as the view cart may time out and Im not making a decision re buying until ive heard from them.If it times out and i have to take another hour to order it all again I will not be happy.

Plus it has a log in section, but no register section!!

I complained via the fill in form on their site but have since used their actual email to draw their attention to the previous enquiry....taps fingers impatiently on the desk....

Well, my timing out worry has been taken out of my hands!
I was looking on the net, with the site on another page, and suddenly all my pages disappered!!
