  • A wanderer returns

Hi chaps, I cna't believe it is over 3 months since I last logged onto the forum.

I have been really busy designing stuff and I have finally taken the plunge and opened a little online wool store. Still building my stock up at the moment but hopefully will be able to cover a good range of natural fibres and sell them at a price mere mortals can afford. I was a bit hacked off not being able to afford/justify using the really nice yarns myself so I got hold of the wholesalers and set up shop. Quite Scary but also good fun!

If any of you are interested here is the link www.knitnijani.com , it would be great if you could let me know of any problems with the pages and hints for improving the site too....I work in IT but am a novice at Web Design! I have just tried to make it really simple just like me!

I am off to read some posts now and join in the fun.

          Hi,
great site, I was excited to see Debbie Bliss on there, I've got some of her books and a baby girl too, so keep meaning to get the old knitting needles out. I think it might be good if you could describe the colours of the yarns a bit, as the shade number doesn't mean much if you decide to do it in a different colour to the one in the pattern

            Hi Nicola

Thanks for the suggestion for the Debbie Bliss Yarn , for some reason the yarn doesn't have a name just numbers.....I will log on tomorrow and be creative!!!! I will probably not use the reps suggestion of "mucky pink" for shade 600 though.....might be a bit off putting
