  • Computer buckling.

For a while now Ive tried to cajole my parents into getting a computer, not for them to pay for fully but Id be happy to share in the cost.
Fair enough they said they are of a different generation and they dont want one.
So Ive been looking onto getting one myself.
My brother came round at the weekend.Id emailed him to ask why I needed to know who the phone line was connected to when he lived where I now live, I said 'for internet connection'.
An entire conversation started which resulted in us getting a computer(at some point)!!!!

I cant beleive they buckled. As soon as I made it clear I was going to get one anyway they caved in!!

Hehe, Im sat infront of one for 9 hours a day so cant see me using it that much once at home but itl be fun to watch my parents get something out of it.
They were worried that people/shops will become non existant(which I hope wont happen!!) and that they like to go out and touch/see the things they buy, which i agree with but I reckon they are going to like the bargains they will find on t' net.
They can find a bargain for one of their many holidays.

Don't count on it. I am the same work all day on one, go home and what is the first thing I do? put on the computer. I have not done nearly enough crafting and it is all this damned forums fault!!!! Just too adictive. Think it is because everyone on here is so nice!!
