I don't know if you remember but last week I made some teacher bookmarks that said thank you and then the customer decided she wanted the teachers names on them ??
well I kept the thank you ones made up thinking they would come in handy at a later date
well when I checked my e.mail yesterday afternoon on my website there was an order from a new customer ( who found us through google ) asking for 4 teacher bookmarks but it had been sent on Monday night , unfortunatley mr site no longer forwards the e.mails to my other e.mail account so I have to remember to check it
she wanted them by today !!
I contacted her yesterday explaining what had happened and asked her to contact me straight away with her requirements , she didn't and I thought I'd lost a sale
this morning I e.mailed her my mobile number in case she could contact me that way as I knew she needed them straight away
I came home at just after 4pm to find she now wanted five bookmarks on cards !!!! by tonight !!!! luckily 3 of them needed to say thank you on the bookmark so I got the whole order made and dropped off by half seven tonight
she has just texted me to say that they are absolutely fantastic and we are very talented and she will be using us again
result !!
