  • Wedding Gift

    Morning,

We have recently been approached by several people to make their wedding jewellery, which is fab. Hence, the decision the launch Raspberry Bloom Bride later in the year.

As a Thank You and Good Luck we would like to send them something on their special day. We thought it would be a nice gesture.

We were thinking about flowers or Champagne but it will be quite expensive.

    Has anyone got any ideas?

    Thanks, Lou

What about a small item of jewellery? It needn't be something that they can wear on the big day but could be something for afterwards. Bracelet or earrings?

      An embellished photo album.
Buy a normal album then add your own design to the front, with your company info/logo on the back.

Probably not flowers anyway. Both my house and my parents looked like florist shops after my wedding. Like the champagne idea... a mini sized bottle would probably be big enough. Something that just holds enough for 2 glasses at the very most.

          Good idea. Thanks Seahorse

So how would I go about that?

            Erm ...er ermmm,the pressure!!!

Can you get one already made then add to it or can you make one with the adhesive photo corners already added by you and a nice 'topper' on the front.

Dovecraft have a nice 8x8 book with a 'Love and Wedding' themed embellished cover. It retails for around £8.

                Hi Lou,

I think you should definately send something that will remind them of you and your business after the day!

Champagne and flowers are a very nice present, but won't stay around for very long after their day.

Not got any ideas at the moment but I'll post them if I get any.

I love seahorses idea about the photo album. I may do something similar with my tiaras and wedding jewellery clients.

Our local bargain shop have some really beautiful wedding albums that would be a great base.

                      How about an address/telephone book?

Im trying to think of practical things that will be seen/used everyday as a reminder of their day and the work you did.
What about some kind of decorated tube to keep their wedding certificate in(usually silver but maybe the inside of a loo roll can be adapted, hoho).
Or a decorated guest book that the guests sign at the wedding.
