comments about customising card stores online

Hi.

I'm currently doing a project for university where we need to create a business plan. Does anyone have any comments about customisable card stores online, such as www.moonpig.com and whether there is a need for such a store. Also are card designs from stores getting too boring and would you pay for a fully customised card, designed by you and printed professionally and sent to you from the company?

Customisable card stores online... Well In my opinion anything hand made get my vote ... custom products go hand in hand...
